I'm a fully qualified psychotherapist with a background in Person-Centred counselling, Jungian theory, and psychology, holding a BA in Counselling, an MA in Jungian Studies. My approach is integrative, drawing primarily from humanistic, analytical, and psychodynamic traditions. While my academic training informs my work, what matters most is creating a therapeutic space where you feel seen, heard, and deeply respected, without judgment or expectation.

I’ve worked with people from many different walks of life, each with their own story, challenges, and ways of making sense of the world. My experience includes supporting individuals through anxiety, depression, low self-worth, trauma (both recent and historic), emotional overwhelm, life transitions, identity exploration, relationship struggles, addiction, and existential questioning. Some clients come because something specific has happened that they need help understanding. Others come because they’ve simply reached a point where the way they’ve been coping no longer feels sustainable.

I believe therapy is most powerful when it allows space for honesty without pressure, when there’s room for us to slow down, listen deeply, and explore what’s happening beneath the surface. Sometimes that means making sense of how past experiences shape present difficulties; sometimes it means reconnecting with parts of yourself that have been lost or silenced along the way. Whatever brings you here, my job is not to label or direct, but to walk alongside you as we try to make meaning together.

I’m particularly interested in the parts of ourselves we learn to hide—the ones we fear are ‘too much’ or ‘not enough.’ These can show up in all kinds of ways: in shame, people-pleasing, emotional numbness, anger, or a persistent sense of being stuck or disconnected. I often work with clients who carry a strong inner critic or feel like they’re performing for others but unsure who they really are underneath. I see therapy as a way of gently loosening the grip of those patterns, helping you return to something more authentic and grounded.

Ultimately, I see this work as relational and deeply human. I don’t believe in fixing people, because I don’t believe people are broken. Instead, I offer a safe, steady space for exploration, healing, and growth. Whether you’re feeling lost, overwhelmed, or just quietly curious about what’s going on within you, we can begin wherever you are.
